One one One Workshops
We will work side by side as I show you how to capture beautiful macro images. You will learn composition and techniques I use to create my floral images. I will teach you how to see the little things and direct you towards your ultimate vision of your macro images. What are you drawn too? Do you like shallow depth or do you prefer more detail? Do you like creating something that's unique or are you just wanting to get better at capturing the beauty you see in flowers? No one sees an image the same way, we are all drawn to different things. I will even show you how to get artsy with it,you can create beautiful images with almost anything.

With over one billion flowers counted during the first week of March, 2014 the spring season begins early and blooms extensively in the city of gardens. The Gardens of Spring Workshop focuses on Gardenscapes, Landscapes, Cityscapes and Nightscapes with Macro/Closeup instruction provided by photographer Sally Halvorsen.
Garden photography highlights include: Burchart Gardens National Historic site, the urban space of Beacon Hill Park, the delicate beauty of Abkhazi Gardens, the charming gardens at BC's Government House and one of Canada's best collections of rhododendrons on display at Finnerty Gardens.
